Managing financial management and reporting (e.g. annual reporting requirements with the BIR) of TLA in accordance with the rules pertaining to non-stock non-profit organizations; ensuring that TLA complies with SEC and BIR rules and regulations, collaborating with the management to come up with budgets, projections and other grant-related procedures for TLA and making sure the expenses fit within the spending boundaries set by law; recording financial transactions, assists in the annual financial and any other audits as required; Review and report submissions to all funding partners as required; Keeping track of organization finances; Budget management & book-keeping; Raising money for projects and organizational growth

Technical requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
Certified Public Accountant
Preferably with knowledge of non-stock nonprofit accounting standards

Experience in working with non-stock non-profit organizations is preferred but not required
