I am an aspiring Data Scientist on the weekdays and an advocate for Tsinoy culture and language on the weekends. During my childhood, I used to wonder how I may contribute to preserving the Hokkien dialect one day. And 15 years later, I am volunteering and supporting the initiatives of The Lannang Archives, hoping to apply Data Science to aid in the preservation of the language.
