Preparing the appropriate legal documents for government agencies, especially with SEC and BIR; representing the organization in legal proceedings; evaluating new partnerships with other entities (NGO’s, government organizations, etc); protecting TLA against legal risks and violations; advising the management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations; preparing accreditation materials; applying for grants/ reviewing organization-internal proposals; maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance, licensing, contractual requirements, industry trends, and company strategies; provide support to projects, initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditation, on-site reviews, and risk assessments.

Technical requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Juris Doctor
License to practice law/ Member of the Philippine Bar
Preferably with knowledge of laws relating to non-stock nonprofit organizations
2-3 years related experience is preferred
Experience in working with non-stock non-profit organizations is preferred but not required
