Mai Doloseile LIAO

Mai is a lawyer by profession primarily based in Antique. She is also a trained commercial arbitrator, actively advocating for alternative dispute resolution. She is involved with several non-stock, non-profit organizations in relation to her work as a legal professional and a commercial arbitrator, and her personal advocates - which includes education, history/ heritage, culture and the arts, among others. She is inherently curious- a trait which fuels her to continue and expand her interest in doing research on local history and family genealogy. Her interest in joining TLA is primarily based on her childhood dream of wanting to piece together her Ankong’s life story/ family tree/ family history. More than that, she hopes that through her involvement with TLA many other Chinoy stories in Panay/ Western Visayas will be preserved, recorded, shared, and passed on to the next generation.
